We stayed one night at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The room was spotlessly clean, and all the amenities were perfect. What truly stood out was the exceptional service at the reception. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We needed to book another hotel in a different region of Kyushu, and since we don't speak Japanese, they kindly took care of the reservation for us. They were extremely committed and assisted us with such warmth and professionalism. We will definitely return to this hotel if we come back to Fukuoka. A special thank you to the lovely woman and man at the reception.

Breakfast was good. I like to location of the hotel where it was very close to shopping and transportation. Fukuoka is easy to get around with the good transportation system. We felt safe and comfortable at this hotel.

It's hard to tell from the pictures, but the single room was well laid out. There was ample space to place luggage and walk comfortably around the room. It was very clean, well lit and I enjoyed a good night's sleep on the bed.

I stayed three nights for the Hakata Gion Yamakasa and for my first visit to the city. The location was excellent for enjoying the spectacular festival, as well as for walking to the Nakasu entertainment district. The room was quiet, comfortable, clean, and restocked with coffee and towels daily. The hotel staff were very gracious by lending me an umbrella for the rain, providing a map for the recommended ramen shops, and making an early morning wake up call. Thank you for the excellent experience.

The lovely front desk staff were so accommodating. Our bags were in our room when we checked in - such a thoughtful gesture. The hotel is on a quiet street, but close to the subway and busy restaurant area so there are plenty of places to eat. The room was clean and well stocked with amenities. Overall, an excellent stay.

The size of the room exceeded my expectation, it said 14m but I could at least have my suitcase open wide and I still capable to walk around the room. Also the independent airconditioner is an extra geek for me as you may notice that, most of the hotel in Japan, they do only have centre aircondition and often it would be super hot during the night as they tend to swich off and only depending on the ventilation system.

The hotel was a good value and served as a nice short stay. The bed was very comfortable, the room was a good size, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciated that I was able to request extra time for checkout and that the room featured a full body mirror which is not always available at hotels. This hotel is solid and I would stay here again without hesitation.

The location was PERFECT !!! I’d like to re-visit Fukuoka again and I’m gonna defenetely reserve here again either! And the last day of my fukuoka trip I had the leftover(ramen soup) in my room I asked the frontman how I should clean it up.. and he cleaned it instead of me. So much thanks to all staffs in You style hotel hakata.

We had such an incredible stay here! The hotel was absolutely gorgeous with a wonderful, kind staff who provided amenities like extra toothbrushes, comfy slippers and more. Not to mention, the rooms were so luxurious and comfortable. We cannot say enough great things and will absolutely stay here again! 😊
